Krystal is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire (UNH) where she received a B.S. in Environmental Conservation Science with a concentration in watershed management. Her professional experience includes working as an environmental consultant, working with the UNH Albion Hodgdon Herbarium, and serving as a wilderness instructor for Coyote Club Wildlife Education. In 2012, she received a Natural Resources Stewardship & Sustainability Certification through UNH Cooperative Extension. As an undergraduate, she taught plant biology at UNH and worked with NH LAKES as a Lake Host. Krystal spent two seasons as a program assistant with NH LAKES before joining the staff full-time in 2017. Krystal obtained a Professional Stormwater Management Certificate in 2019 and is currently pursuing a certification in project management..

Krystal is passionate about being outdoors. When she’s not in the office, she is homesteading or hiking with her husband and small dog. She is infamous for abruptly running off to catalog some precious plant she’s just spotted.
