Samantha Parkman
Community Engagement Coordinator
Samantha Parkman provides support through our new Community Cyanobacteria Mitigation Grant Program and provides support to our advocacy and conservation programs. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine in 2023 with a B.S. in Marine Science and a minor in Biology. The past two summers, she worked with the Lakes Environmental Association in Bridgeton, Maine, removing and surveying invasive milfoil in the Sebago Lake
region.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys most outdoor explorations including hiking, swimming, running, and kayaking. If you don’t find her outdoors, you’ll certainly find her curled up in bed with her cat binging on reality shows or spending time with friends and family.
